Timothy F. Krous MD
Dr. Krous graduated from the University of Notre Dame prior to attending medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma. In 2001, Dr. Krous received Board Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has been in private practice for over 17 years. Dr. Krous is married with three children. His wife, Lorry is a Neonatologist at Mercy Hospital. He enjoys spending time with his children, traveling with his family and catching the newest movies.
Dr. Krous cares for patients at both our Kelly & Covell location and our Coltrane location.
Kaylee Heim, CNP
Kaylee was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. She graduated from OU with her degree in Nursing and worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 3 years at Lakeside Women’s Hospital. She went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Southern Alabama and has been working in pediatrics since 2013. She currently lives in OKC with her husband Chris and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Thunder, travelling and reading.
Timothy J Fricker, MD
Dr. Fricker is a Board Certified Pediatrician who completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma. He graduated from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 1998 and performed his undergraduate studies at Grove City College. Dr. Fricker's professional career began at Children's Medical Center of Dallas' Emergency Department where he concluded his tenure as Medical Director. Dr. Fricker then joined a private practice in Fort Worth, Texas in 2005. Dr. Fricker and his wife, Dr. Kosanke, have two children.

Stacey Trupiano, CPNP
Stacey graduated from Truman State University and continued with her studies at St. Louis University. Stacey came to us after relocating in 2012 from Houston, Texas. She is originally from Des Moines, Iowa and is loving life in Oklahoma! She and her husband have 2 beautiful children, Dominic and Alexa. Stacey loves to fill her free time with traveling, sports, reading and spending quality time with her family. Stacey loves working with children and watching her patients grow up. They truly make her smile!

Zachary Riemenschneider, MD
Dr. Riemenschneider graduated from Appalachian State University before attending medical school at Texas A&M where he was inducted into both the Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor societies. He was born and raised in Texas but after completing a pediatric residency at OU he and his family are excited to make their new home in Oklahoma! He likes to exercise, watch his beloved Spurs, and spend time outdoors with his wife and two children.
Kristin Kosanke, MD
Dr. Kosanke is a Board-Certified Pediatrician who finished her residency at the University of Oklahoma. She began her college career at Oklahoma State University. After graduating from OSU, she went on to OU Medical School. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1997 and completed her internship and residency at Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma. Dr. Kosanke began her medical profession at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In 2010, she decided to move back to Oklahoma with her husband, Dr. Fricker. Dr. Kosanke has been a member of the Edmond Pediatrics’ team since 2013.
Ali Weaver, APRN-CNP
Ali graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked for the Oklahoma Heart Hospital for 5 years. She continued her studies at the University of South Alabama where she graduated with her masters in December of 2017. Ali was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma but has resided in Edmond for the last 10 years. Ali is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have three beautiful children. She’s passionate about educating families on health promotion and wellness.
Erin Hernandez, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, CPNP-PC
Erin Hernandez is a dual-certified Neonatal and Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience caring for children and families. She began her career in 2008 in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Integris Baptist Medical Center and later earned her doctoral degree, becoming a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in 2014. In this role, she attended high-risk deliveries, stabilized critically ill newborns, and supported families through the challenges of the NICU.
Her passion for prevention and continuity of care led her to pursue certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Today, she serves at Edmond Pediatrics, where she provides comprehensive care ranging from well-child visits to chronic disease management. Alongside clinical practice, Erin has also taught as adjunct faculty at Southern Nazarene University, mentoring the next generation of nurses and reinforcing the importance of blending clinical expertise with compassion.
Outside of her professional work, Erin enjoys time with her husband and two daughters in Edmond, Oklahoma. She remains active in her church and school community, committed to building relationships and giving back. At the heart of her practice is a simple philosophy: every child deserves excellent, compassionate care, and every family deserves to feel supported and heard.
